Holly's Story
The creator and founder of LIFTED, Holly Rilinger was once the number one collegiate point guard in America. She began her athletic journey at age eight, eventually making her way to the pros despite her underdog status at 5’4.
Holly has channeled all her years of training to create The LIFTED Method which combines the mental and physical strength required by world class-athletes through meditation and strength training.
Over the years Holly has been a Nike Master Trainer, Red Bull Athlete, Founding Flywheel instructor, spokesperson for Weight Watchers , and now an author and motivational speaker. Holly holds a degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science and has over a dozen certifications in training and nutrition.

Penny Lecky
VP of Operations
Penny started her career in buying and sales in the NY fashion industry working for Calvin Klein, Donna Karan and Richard Tyler. After having children, she pivoted careers and started an interior design and home staging business. She has extensive experience in business management, design and digital media. She is committed to a lifestyle of fitness and in 2020 became a yoga instructor.

Meg Cerone
HIIT, Strength & Ride Coach
Meg has an extensive background in running, strength training, and cycling, with master certifications in each of these fields. She is also a personal trainer, nutrition coach, and group fitness instructor. Meg also holds a CSCS certification which is considered the gold standard in strength and conditioning. Meg is our Livestream coach based in Los Angeles and is a mom of two.

Meloney Brydson
Studio Manager & Strength Coach
Meloney’s fitness journey began in Jamaica through various sports, teaching Bootcamp and personal training. She became a coach and trainer in the U.S. in 2020. Meloney (aka MEL) focuses on strength training for all fitness levels and teaches at our EAST HAMPTON studio and LIVESTREAM.

Andrew Marcelle
Strength Coach
Andrew has extensive experience in a variety of fitness modalities. He is a marathoner, triathlete, and fitness enthusiast. He is a certified personal strength and crossfit trainer. He has a USA Weightlifting certification and a RCAA run coach certification.
Andrew is a middle school teacher who is passionate about teaching, nutrition and lifting heavy. You can find him at the EAST HAMPTON studio for small group training sessions.

Shaka Davidson
Strength Coach
Shaka has over 15 years as a NASM Certified Personal Trainer. He is also an accomplished boxer who fought in the U.S.A. Olympic Qualifiers, Golden Gloves at Madison Square Garden and Empire State Games. He is a Licensed Massage Therapist in East Hampton and has been a plant based athlete for over a decade. You can find Shaka at the EAST HAMPTON Studio.

Taylor Walsh
Strength Coach
Taylor, a Montana native, embarked on their fitness journey in Dubai, where they trained for five years before bringing their expertise to the U.S. in 2023. Specializing in customized programs for all fitness levels, Taylor emphasizes proper form and technique in every session. With a passion for creating an upbeat atmosphere, they lead classes at our EAST HAMPTON studio and LIVESTREAM, complete with a high-energy, pop-filled playlist to keep motivation soaring.

Pharhad Jugger
Strength Coach
Masterpharhad is a fitness coach with over 7.5 years of experience in one-on-one training. Originally from Brooklyn, NY, he now lives in Staten Island. He holds a Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) designation from ISSA and has trained in kettlebell techniques under Jason C. Brown.
He has attended workshops including the First Principle Movement with Craig Liebenson, Precision Nutrition Level 1, and the NCSF Athletic Conditioning workshop. Masterpharhad specializes in pain-free movement, kettlebell training, ViPR, bodyweight movement, and overall strength conditioning. You can find him at the Tribeca location, dedicated to helping clients reach their fitness goals.
